We have 45 diagnostic centres in 40 cities across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, including Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam, Warangal, Kakinada, Nellore, Kurnool, Tirupati, Karimnagar and Nizamabad. Bookings are accepted only for these cities.

Yes. Increase the number of persons for a test in the cart and add the names of the other members in the notes at checkout.

No prescription is needed for routine tests and health packages. If you have one, please bring it — it helps us and your doctor.

Yes. Choose “Home sample collection” at checkout and enter your address and PIN code. It is available in and around the cities where we have centres. Home sample collection is free within 10 km of the nearest Live Line centre. Beyond 10 km, a travel charge of ₹15 per km applies, worked out from your location and shown at checkout before you pay.

Fasting blood sugar (8–10 hours), lipid profile (10–12 hours), iron studies (8–12 hours) and our health packages (10–12 hours). Plain water is allowed. Most other tests need no fasting.

Timings vary by centre — most are open between 8–9 AM and 5–8 PM. Each centre page lists its exact hours and phone number.

Payments are made online via Razorpay — UPI (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking and wallets.

Yes. Online payments are processed by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We never see or store your card details.

If you cancel before the sample is collected, the full amount is refunded to your original payment method. See our refund policy for details.

Most routine tests are reported the same day. Vitamin D, vitamin B12 and iron studies usually take up to 24 hours.

Yes. Reports — especially infection screening like HIV — are shared only with you or someone you authorise.
