What does a full body checkup include, which package should you choose and how often should you take one? Compare our Essential and Executive health packages.

Quick answer

A full body checkup is a bundle of blood and urine tests that screens your major organs in one visit. A good package includes CBC, blood sugar (FBS + HbA1c), liver function, kidney function, thyroid, lipid profile and urine routine. Adults should take one every year.

What is included in a full body checkup?

A full body checkup combines the most important screening tests into one sample collection. Our Essential Health Wellness Package includes 11 tests; the Executive Master Health Wellness Package includes 19 tests including vitamins and infection screening.

Which package should you choose?

  • Choose the Essential package for a yearly checkup if you are under 30 and have no symptoms.
  • Choose the Executive package if you are above 30, feel tired or have body aches, are vegetarian, or need infection screening for work, surgery or marriage.
  • If you have diabetes, thyroid disease or high BP, the Executive package gives a more complete picture.

Why a package is better than individual tests

A package means one fasting visit, one needle prick and one consolidated report your doctor can review in a single sitting.

How to prepare

  • Fast for 10–12 hours (water allowed).
  • Book an early morning slot.
  • Bring a first-morning urine sample or collect it at the centre.
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before.

Frequently asked questions

How often should I do a full body checkup?

Once a year for most adults. Every 6 months if you have diabetes, thyroid disease, high BP or are above 50 — or as your doctor advises.

Is fasting required for a full body checkup?

Yes. Fast for 10–12 hours because the package includes fasting blood sugar and lipid profile.

Can I book a full body checkup at home?

Yes. You can choose home sample collection at checkout in the cities we serve.
