Information we collect

When you book a test or submit a form we collect your name, mobile number, email (optional), age, gender, city, address and PIN code (for home collection), the tests you book and your preferred slot.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

To schedule and perform your sample collection, contact you about your booking, share your reports, issue receipts and respond to your enquiries.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with staff and service providers who need it to deliver your booking, or when required by law.

Health information

Test results are confidential and shared only with you or a person you authorise. Infection screening results such as HIV are handled with additional confidentiality as required by law.

Data on your device

This website stores your cart, booking confirmations and saved profile in your browser’s local storage so you can see them later on the same device. You can clear them at any time from your browser settings or the My Bookings page.

Analytics and cookies

We may use analytics tools to understand how the website is used and improve it. These tools may set cookies.
